Production process:
1. Design for manufacture→Mold making→CNC laser Cutting Punching→Folding&Bending → Welding&Dressing → CNC Machining, Drilling → Powder coating → Assembling painted components → Packaging
Surface treatment: Spray- painting, Silk Screen printing, Powder Coating, Polishing&Brushing, Sand-blasting, zinc/nickel /chrome plating, hot galvanizing ,etc
Packing: Carton, plastic pallet, Wooden case and so on according to custom’s requirements.
