Sunmise manufacturing is professional on injection molding parts of course, so many customers are required us to produce to molds which can be exporting abroad to them to make the products in their facility. Regarding the socket mold project, thanks so much for our friend Jaime Crusellas’s trust who has passed way for heart problem. We produced 7 exporting injection molds of socket parts and we finish the production in 2 months. We communicated a lot on this project with design, mold gate and parting line and so on.
The exporting injection molds’ process will be:
Customers’ drawings→DFM analysis→Mold drawing→Production→Sample confirm→Mold shipment
